Gold Filled Upgrade

Upgrade your knotted necklace or bracelet to include 18k Gold Filled findings.

I will swap our standard plated clasp for a 10mm Gold Filled Parrot Clasp (will be marked with GF), 2 Gold Filled Jump Rings and 2 Gold Filled Calotte knot cover. 

Gold filled findings must contain at least 5% genuine karat gold. It is a thick gold layer and will got turn brass, green, flake or peel easily. Over time through wear, age and chemical exposure gold can oxidise/tarnish - called Patina. You can polish with a jewellery cloth to clean and restore. 

Please allow 2 weeks turnaround as I do not keep gold filled materials in stock. 

Please note: If you would like to upgrade a wire necklace to gold filled findings, and the design contains materials such as plated spacers and other metals, I am able to upgrade the crimp, wire guardian and clasp to gold filled, however if all metal components are to be upgraded there will be an additional cost for those components.
